Mini Apps Terms of Service

ZlmaChat Mini Apps are web applications that run within ZlmaChat. These Terms of Service ("Mini Apps Terms") govern the use and development of Mini Apps on the ZlmaChat platform.

By using or developing Mini Apps, you agree to these Terms in addition to the main ZlmaChat Terms of Service.

2.1 Third-Party Apps

Mini Apps are created by third-party developers, not by ZlmaChat. ZlmaChat is not responsible for the content, functionality, or behavior of Mini Apps.

2.2 Data Sharing

When you use a Mini App, you may be sharing information with the developer of that Mini App. Review each Mini App's privacy policy before use.

2.3 Permissions

Mini Apps may request access to:

• Your public profile information
• Your phone number (with your explicit consent)
• Location data (with your explicit consent)
• Payment functionality

You can revoke permissions at any time through ZlmaChat settings.

3.1 Developer Requirements

To develop Mini Apps, you must:

• Have a ZlmaChat bot with Bot API access
• Comply with all ZlmaChat policies and guidelines
• Provide accurate information about your Mini App
• Implement proper security measures

3.2 Prohibited Content

Mini Apps must NOT:

• Contain illegal content
• Collect user data without disclosure
• Impersonate ZlmaChat or other services
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Facilitate fraud or scams
• Violate intellectual property rights

3.3 Privacy Requirements

Developers must:

• Provide a privacy policy accessible to users
• Only collect data necessary for functionality
• Secure all user data appropriately
• Honor user data deletion requests

Mini Apps may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions through ZlmaChat Payments:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Developers receive payment minus applicable fees
• Refund policies vary by developer
• ZlmaChat may charge platform fees for transactions

ZlmaChat reserves the right to:

• Review any Mini App for compliance
• Remove or disable Mini Apps that violate these Terms
• Suspend developer accounts for violations
• Take legal action for serious violations

To report a Mini App that violates these Terms:

• Use the in-app reporting feature within the Mini App
• Contact miniapps@zlmachat.org

We may update these Mini Apps Terms at any time. Developers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Mini Apps platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
