We process the messages and content you send and receive through ZlmaChat:

• Cloud Chats: Stored encrypted on our servers to enable multi-device sync
• Secret Chats: End-to-end encrypted; we cannot access this content
• Media and Files: Stored encrypted to enable sharing across devices

2.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect:

• Device information (model, operating system)
• IP address
• App version
• Usage statistics (for improving our service)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Enable message delivery and synchronization
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud
• Send important service notifications
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
• Messages in cloud chats are encrypted at rest
• Secret Chats use end-to-end encryption
• Two-Step Verification is available for additional account security
• Regular security audits and penetration testing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly agree to share information
• Service providers: Trusted partners who assist in operating our service
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your messages are deleted from our servers
• Your profile is removed

Inactive accounts may be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

ZlmaChat is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
