By downloading, installing, or using ZlmaChat ("the App", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZlmaChat. In some jurisdictions, the minimum age may be higher. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use ZlmaChat, you must register with a valid phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to use ZlmaChat to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Share illegal content, including child exploitation material
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use automated systems without our approval

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share. By using ZlmaChat, you grant us a license to transmit, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Content Moderation

We may (but are not obligated to) review and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.3 Reporting

You can report violations through the in-app reporting feature. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

The ZlmaChat name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and designs are our exclusive property. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ZlmaChat Premium is a paid subscription service offering additional features:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel at any time through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies
• Premium features may change with notice

ZlmaChat may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZLMACHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You may lose access to your data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
