Is ZlmaChat free?
Yes, ZlmaChat is free and will always remain free for regular users. We offer optional premium features through ZlmaChat Premium for users who want enhanced capabilities.
How is ZlmaChat different from other messaging apps?
ZlmaChat combines speed, privacy, and powerful features. We offer end-to-end encryption, cloud synchronization across all devices, unlimited file sharing, and much more - all for free.
What platforms is ZlmaChat available on?
ZlmaChat is available on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, and Web. All apps are synchronized, so you can start chatting on one device and continue on another.

How do I create a ZlmaChat account?
Download ZlmaChat on your device and sign up with your phone number. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your number. That's it - you're ready to start chatting!
I have a new phone number. What do I do?
Go to Settings > Edit Profile > Phone Number and change your number. All your chats, groups, and contacts will be preserved. Your old phone number will be unlinked from your account.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete My Account. Please note this action is irreversible - all your messages, groups, and contacts will be permanently deleted.
What is my ZlmaChat ID?
Your ZlmaChat ID is a unique identifier that others can use to find you without knowing your phone number. You can set a username in Settings > Edit Profile > Username.
Security & Privacy
Is ZlmaChat secure?
Yes, ZlmaChat uses end-to-end encryption for all messages in Secret Chats. Regular cloud chats are encrypted between your device and our servers. We use the industry-standard encryption protocols.
Can ZlmaChat read my messages?
Secret Chats use end-to-end encryption, meaning even we cannot read your messages. Cloud chats are stored encrypted on our servers, but we have a strict policy against accessing user data.
What is Two-Step Verification?
Two-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security by requiring a password in addition to the SMS code when logging in on a new device. Enable it in Settings > Privacy and Security > Two-Step Verification.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings and in ZlmaChat Settings > Notifications. Also check that battery optimization isn't blocking ZlmaChat.
Messages aren't syncing
Check your internet connection. If you're on mobile data, ensure ZlmaChat has permission to use data. Try force-closing the app and reopening it.
I forgot my Two-Step Verification password
If you set up a recovery email, you can reset your password from the login screen. Otherwise, you may need to wait 7 days before you can reset your account.
